Jon Arnold

CEO, CIO

Jon Arnold’s signature strengths are building enduring client relationships, identifying structural opportunities in private markets, and applying disciplined process to both advisory and absolute-return investing. With nearly two decades of experience in financial services, he founded and led The J. Arnold Wealth Management Company as CEO, growing an independent advisory practice that served individuals and families before its integration with Rockport Wealth Advisors in 2024.

Earlier in his career he also built and later sold real-estate and mortgage advisory businesses. He previously co-hosted “The J. Arnold Truth in Investing Show,” a financial-literacy and market-commentary program. These experiences inform his current role as CEO and CIO of Vision Fund 2030 (Vision 2030 Fund, LP), a Delaware limited partnership focused on long/short equity strategies.

Jon holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources Management and Services from Youngstown State University’s Williamson College of Business Administration. He and his family reside in Canfield, Ohio.

“My career has been defined by persistence, operational discipline, and the belief that well-constructed process and long-term client alignment create durable outcomes. Whether building an advisory practice or managing capital, the same principles apply: stay focused, manage risk deliberately, and compound relationships as carefully as capital.”
